PU Polyurethane (PU) is the most common source of polymer to be used in a hydraulic sealing system. PU material holds dominant market share in hydraulic sealing systems due to its high tear strength and excellent elastic properties. This material is suitable to use with mineral oil, compressedd air and water. Piston & rod seals, wiper seals and other seal elements. -30 to + 105°C
NBR Nitrile Rubber (NBR) is one of the most common elastomer that use in a hydraulic and pneumatic sealing system. This material is also popular in rotary shaft sealing system and static sealing application. NBR is suitable to be use with mineral oil, compressedd air and water. Piston & rod seals, wiper seals, gaskets, o-rings and rotary oil seals. -25 to + 100°C
FKM / VITON FKM or more commonly known as Viton is a type of synthetic rubber that use in high temperature applications. This type of material has excellent tolerance towards high temperature. Piston & rod seals, wiper seals, o-rings and rotary oil seals. -20 to + 210°C
SILICONE Silicone rubber has high lubricant absorbency with excellent low and high temperature tolerance. This type of material is not recommended to be used in dynamic application. Flange seals, gaskets and other static seals. -55 to + 210°C
POM Polyacetal (POM) is a rigid thermoplastic that has high stiffness, low friction and excellent dimention stability. Back up rings, guide rings and gaskets. -60 to + 100°C
NYLON Polyamides (PA) or more commonly known as Nylon is a type of polymer that used in many engineering applications. Back up rings, guide rings and gaskets. -30 to + 105°C
PTFE / TEFLON Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or Teflon is a type of fluoropolymer commonly used in engineering and food industry applications. PTFE is used for applications where sliding action of parts is needed and proven to be perform better than nylon and pom due to low friction material propoerty. Composite seals with elastomer preload elements, spring loaded seals, back up rings, guide rings and gaskets. -200 to + 260°C
PTFE-F This type of filled PTFE is reinforced with 15% glass fibre and 5% Molybdenumdisulfide (MoS2) in grey colour. PTFE-F has a better physical properties than the virgin PTFE material. Composite seals with elastomer preload elements, spring loaded seals, back up rings, guide rings and gaskets. -200 to + 260°C
PTFE-BR PTFE-BR is a type of filled PTFE reinforced by 40% of broze. This type of material is very rigid and it is recommended for heavy duty applications. Composite seals with elastomer preload elements, spring loaded seals, back up rings, guide rings and gaskets. -200 to + 260°C
